Looking at the history and make-up of the EU, we get students to explore some of the advantages and difficulties in working with 28 member states. They are encouraged to think about what are issues that are best addressed at the European level and what are those which are easiest to solve at the national one. Through the interactive session they can learn about how the EU impacts their every days, the roles and the competences of EU Institution and how citizens can influence their work.
The discussions and debates can be tailored to the interests of your students, the curriculum they are following or current events.
